Sino - German Scientific And Technological Cooperation: Mechanisms And Fields

Sino-German science and technology cooperation has a long history and a good foundation. During the 40 years process of sino-german science and technology cooperation, the fields of Sino-german science and technology cooperation has been broadened constantly with the mechanism perfecting. On the government level, both China and Germany promote the cooperation of science and technology through various ways such as signing treaties,constructing consultation mechanism and establishing cooperation platforms.On the enterprise level,the Chinese companies go abroad positively and participate in overseas investments.Further more,they integrate the advantage of the German enterprises’ resources and introduce advanced management mode.On the scientific institute level,they cooperated through ways like companion institutes,youth scientist groups and collaborate labs.The Sino-German science and technology cooperation has presented characteristics such as widely participation, field diversified.However, there are some problems such as unharmonious competition among the industries, the environmental benefits and economic benefits are discordant as well.To strengthen the cooperation,China and Germany should face the difference between them, enhance the quality of communication and consultation and improve the mechanism and system.
