Land intensive use of Development Zone in quantitative evaluation of research, optimize the allocation of resources, promote the development of region economical and intensive utilization of land resources is of great significance.This study used in the study area land use and industry input-output survey foundation, constructing hierarchically structured intensive land use system, and the study of intensive land use degree and the potential of intensive utilization of land and the typical industrial sites and other aspects analyzed the technical route and method, obtained main results:1. Construction of3goals,7goals and14index hierarchy Development Zone intensive evaluation system. Waring Putian development zone through empirical test shows that, this evaluation system can reflect the light industry development zone, intensive land use status and problems. The evaluation system is simple in structure, easy to obtain index data, have maneuverability.2. The study area intensity score is85.32%, comprehensive intensive degrees higher; but the land supply rate, land completion rates, the volume of industrial land and industrial building density current value and ideal value difference is big, industry fixed assets investment and industrial output intensity of the present value and ideal value has certain difference, can further develop space.3. Research status of industrial land rate was54.07%, but the structure of potential is lesser, can only achieve16.1hectare potential mining, and mining of difficult; industrial land integrated volume ratio and building density potential small, industrial land of fixed assets investment intensity and output intensity status value and ideal value has certain difference, can dig latent capacity greatly.4.10typical industrial enterprises to better reflect the development of area economy development level and industry development situation, in the composition of land use, administrative office and living facilities for the average did not exceed the national standard.7enterprises land use efficiency were put up to the national standard, did not meet the enterprise is mainly associated with the reserved land use proportion correlation.9enterprises are output exceeds the development zone the average output.10enterprises regardless of land structure, land use efficiency, or the land strength etc., have reached the national standard or the average level of developing zone, can well reflect the development zone enterprises land intensive case.5. Studies reveal that studies area land development rate is]ow, area of rural residential land use ratio are relatively large.
