Then, use the quantitativeanalysis and qualitative analysis to discourse the resource, economy and political situationof Shandong province. In the quantitative analysis, using the way of location entropy andPanel-Date model, in the qualitative analysis, put the situation of Shandong’s developmentin recent years. After this, we can make sure the feasibility of building a regional financialcenter in Shandong. Then we compare the differences between different cities in Shandong,chose Jinan as the node city of Shandong regional financial center. And definite Shandongregional financial center as a signal node city financial center. At last, describe why choseJinan as the node city and how it can play a role in the region. At the end of the paper, raisethe policy suggestion of the Shandong regional financial center’s built.
