| Wuhan is located in the key position of Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB),the middle area.Wuhan's comprehensive economic strength is strong,and at the same time it has good foundation of trade,tourism,industry,and finance.Nowadays,in the influence of YREB,One Belt And One Road(OBOR),free trade area,the urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river,and Wuhan pilot led series of policies,Wuhan has been the most potential city to become regional financial center in central as a central strategic fulcrum,In this background,this article from the perspective of financial agglomeration to research on Wuhan as the center of Wuhan three hours high-speed economic circle provincial capital city level of financial development,and comparative analysis.This article gives reader a more objective understanding through the financial development of Wuhan in central,the empirical analysis demonstrates the Wuhan should be the focus of the regional financial center construction of cities in central China,and then to Wuhan financial center construction objective evaluation.The advantages,disadvantages,and suggestions of Wuhan regional financial center construction is also given.In this paper,with the help of financial agglomeration measure agglomeration index evaluation method and index system method,financial agglomeration level of Wuhan "three hour high-speed economic circle" has carried on the comprehensive analysis of the financial institutions lending and deposit balance,the added value of the financial sector,financial industry output value of the tertiary industry output value proportion,the density of insurance and financial professionals accounted for employment scale,financial ratios and 11 indexes such as revenue,and through factor analysis of Wuhan "three hour high-speed economic circle" financial agglomeration degree of provincial cities scores ranking,Wuhan scored higher on financial scale factor,the degree of financial deepening and financial employment two factor score is poorer,the Wuhan financial development speed did not keep up with the pace of economic development in reality.Financial agglomeration to a certain extent after will produce financial radiation,so this article with Wilson model,then to the city's financial radiation field has carried on the empirical analysis,to calculate the radiation scope of Wuhan,Xi'an,Zhengzhou.Thinking that the larger scale of financial development and economic development of Wuhan city level is higher,but the depth of the financial development is not enough,financial radiation ability is limited,limited to radiation in the province,is mainly to around 9,give play to the role of strong radiation,almost no radiation on some of the city in the west of Hubei province.This article USES literature research,comprehensive analysis combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,using the method of chart paper,empirical research methods to the problem described and analyzed.At the end,based on research,the paper shows that Wuhan construction of regional financial center must accelerate financial resources integration within the province to strengthen strategic cooperation,increase association with other province and financial construction to perfect the financial system,maintaining the market order,provides the fine public service,cultivate the talents,create a good environment for development,optimize the overall financial environment,promote Wuhan financial attraction,rich financial forms of Wuhan.Regional must strengthen financial cooperation,promote the financial industry internal division of labor and regional division of labor,promote the neighboring areas of cooperation,complementary effect,finally achieve the optimal allocation of financial resources and coordinated development.Wuhan construction in central regional financial center,radiation throughout the central area,promoting economic development in central China,for the rise of central region has great strategic significance. |
