Shangyu Local Taxation Bureau Tax Service Practice Analysis

Tax service is an important task for tax department in the current society.State Taxation Administration pays high attention to tax service work, andestablished the corresponding division which is responsible for tax service workthroughout the country. Tax personnel must abide “tax administration law” whenproviding tax service. In this paper, Shangyu Taxation Office was selected as thesubject investigated, to reflect advantages and disadvantages of the current taxservice in local taxation offices and wok out the solutions to the existingproblems. Information on tax service was collected via a survey on needs of taxpayers in2012. According to the statistical analysis, needs and conflicts werelisted and the corresponding solutions were worked out.Conclusions: Shangyu Taxation Office should improve its attitude and wayof working, make full use of our advantages, provide more convenient andcomfortable service to tax payers. The high quality of tax personnel in the taxservice hall is required. Tax personnel ought to provide tax service in variousways to improve our service level, such as offering tax counseling and training,preparing materials on tax law, receiving complaints.
