The hotel industry is labor-intensive industries, human resources has played anirreplaceable important role in the development process of the hotel. However, humanresource management issues are a common problem facing the entire hotel industry. The lossof talent is prominent and widespread problem in China’s hotel industry, and directly led tothe decline in the quality of hotel products and services, increased operating costs andeconomic benefits of landslide consequences. The Xijing International Hotel, for example,analysis of the status of human resource management in the hotel industry and the problemsfaced, and problems and countermeasures in-depth discussion, and proposed that the XijingInternational Hotel to get rid of the human resources issues, the establishment of perfect theway of human resource management system is to establish "people-oriented" managementphilosophy to improve the incentives to develop staff training programs and employee careerplanning system, in order to get rid of the existing human resources management difficulties.This paper seek to proceed from reality, the hotel human resource management theory andpractice together, the existing problems of the hotel’s human resources management, aneffective way of efforts to solve the problem. |
