Facing to the domesticmilk powder brands, It can be said that mostly consumers have lost their confidenceso as to turn to foreign brands, which resulted in a situation that foreign milk powderoccupy most of the market share in China, prices continue to soar, seizing our milkmarket nearly more than half of the country, and has the absolute right to speak. Whenfaced with this situation, I think it is necessary to summary the status of our milkindustry in quality management, and Solutions.This paper first begin with the melamine event and some milk powder problemcase so that leads to the first theme that the current Chinese milk enterprise qualitymanagement of the status quo.
