| As the core of Xuzhou-Lianyungang Economic Belt of Milk Industry established by Jiangsu Province, Xuzhou has a sound base of cow breeding and diary processing at present. Milk industry not only has become one of the key industries and specailty industry of Xuzhou agricultural enterprise structure, but also is an important way to develop rural economy and raise peasants' income. Milk industry of Xuzhou area is the main study object in this paper, and some succeed models and experiences of the industry at home and abroad are analyzed. Then the basic situation of milk industry development in this area is clearly indicated by field visit, questionnaire method and research data etc. In the last part of this paper, the achievements and advantages of Xuzhou milk industry development are summed up, then some existent problems and feasible measures are put forward.To accomplish the integration in milk industry development of the economic, social and ecological benefits, modernization model possessing reasonable ecology, efficient economy and friendly environment is studied by modern science and technology to realize the sustained development of the industry.The results showed that some problems including the single raising model, low-level raising management, unreasonable forge structure, weak cure of animal epidemic disease, relatively poor raw milk, seriously environmental pollution, poor benefit of breeding and so forth were striking in fresh milk production in Xuzhou area at present. The author also found some serious problems during the process of diary products, such as the level of manufacture and process, product structure, the testing and measuring system of product quality, the mechanisms of fixed price, the market of product sale and so on. According to the existing problems and weaknesses, the author thought that some measures including infrastructure construction, feeding management, the cure of animal epidemic diseases, pollution treatments, feed formulation and so forth should be well dealt to realize scientific development of the breeding industry of milk cows in Xuzhou area. At the same time, the government should pay attention to strength macroscopical guidance, policy support, technical support, regulating market, brand shaping and so forth to realize the sustained development of milk industry in Xuzhou area. |
