In the modern market economics, significantly impacting the competition among enterprises, salary management becomes one of the core management elements of manpower resources. Currently, as the shifting of sales mechanism and the needs of establishing modern enterprise system, enterprises have gained the independence on execution; consequently, how to balance the profit of companies’accumulation and employee’s assignment so that not only companies can healthily development but also employee’s initiative and creation can be maximized since they are mentally and economically satisfied, has become a very important issue which enterprises have to resolve independently.Belonging to X Ltd. Group, with7years’ history on education career, X is a private-owned organization which focuses on countrywide software out-sourcing service, financial service, and certificating and qualifying with employment for high education students. Regarding X company as a researched object, this essay will systemically introduce the theory of salary system designing and use this theory as a theoretical evidence to direct and establish enterprise salary system; by systemically describing the company’s current and future condition, systemically analyzing the company’s current salary system and locating the problem of company’s current salary system by scientific evaluation, conclude that the current salary system of target company has to been reformed; furthermore, broadband salary system is the most important part of this essay, which designs the company’s salary system through the scientific process and the theoretical direct of salary system designing; finally, some possible risks caused by the implementation of the company’s new salary system will be forecasted and the related solution will be recommended.
