China’s e-commerce is booming, more and more people began to select and habits in online shopping. B2C and C2C business volume is growing, due to the holidays, the traffic will surge in, which giving cooperation express delivery companies a great deal of problems. Courier companies in China started late, the system is still not perfect, the development is not mature. The weekday express distribution are still capable of normal operation, on the holiday e-commerce companies are engaged promotions, express delivery companies in the face of a dramatic increase in the distribution task is difficult to cope with a large number of express with retention mail, postponed service. The result is that customer satisfaction and user experience decline. Chinese e-commerce environment, the courier companies have their own characteristics, the most watched in Taobao collaborators are five courier companies representative.
