With the increasing popularity of online shopping in China, distribution of electricity business logistics volume increases.Logistics implementation has been fully utilized in usual. It is difficult for express companies to undertake a large number of promotional orders that produced by E-commerce holiday promotion. Some problems like express-delays and parcel damage led directly to the decline in service levels, consumers can not be satisfi ed with the shopping experience. In order to improve this situation, electricity providers and courier companies using pre-sale of goods and self-built logistics and other methods, and achieved certain results. However, the peak of the logistics bottlenecks still exists, there is a necessity to find more solutions to deal with this problem. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the method of delivery in advance to solve the bottleneck of holiday logistics distribution.According to the consumers' shopping preferences and shopping rules, some goods will be delivered to the logistics nodes in advance, and these goods are delivered directly after the orders,so we can share the peak of the logistics business, make full use of logistics enterprises of leisure capacity. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,we expounded the status of China's holiday logistics and distribution,as well as consumer online shopping experience and online shopping needs through the investigation and interviews, and then analyzed the development status of logistics industry under the background of electronic commerce. This thesis introduces the whole process of electricity supplier logistics distribution, discusses the problems existing in logistics distribution from the perspective of logistics infrastructure construction and industry development characteristics.Secondly, this thesis emulates the commodity distribution process by simulation software considering the fact that the data of electronic business is not easy to be acquired.21 different kinds of retailers were selected in simulation model, and parameter setting of the model based the actual sales data of the shop. The distribution process simulation scope was from five provinces in which the package deliveries were transported to Beijing. The data such as source, residence time and transportation path are obtained by simulation. Then, the decision tree and two step clustering algorithm are adopted. The results are obtained according to pretreatment, data integration, data transformation and data mining process. The results of the decision tree model show that holiday express congestion is related to delivery place, commodity source and commodity category, the results of cluster analysis show that the congestion degree in goods distribution is positively related to volume.According to the above results, the causes of logistics distribution bottlenecks are analyzed in this thesis from three aspects: transportation conditions, express industry factors and consumer behavior factors. Finally,in order to deal the bottleneck problem of logistics distribution, the distribution optimization strategy is proposed and verified by simulation. The proposed distribution optimization strategy includes five aspects: commodity distribution type, delivery quantity, commodity source, delivery lead time and delivery mode. The simulation results show that the advance distribution strategy can effectively reduce the retention time during transport and the customer waiting time for receiving, and the result also show that the logistics warehouse explosion phenomenon in holiday has been relieved. This advance delivery mode has certain value for the development of logistics under the background of e-commerce in China, and there is still worth further study, such as expanding the scope of data collection, increase the amount of data collection, taking the cargo transfer and other factors during the logistics distribution into consideration.
