The Influence Of RMB Exchange Rate Reform On County Territory Foreign Economy And The Countermeasures-Take Example For Shouguang City, Shandong Province

Since the reform of RMB exchange rate regime began on Jul 21^st.2005, the trend of RMB exchange rate and its influence on China's economy have become the hotspot problems of our society. And the influence of RMB exchange rate reform on the county territory economy which is an important part of China's economic structure shouldn't be ignored either. So it has great realistic significance to research into the RMB exchange rate reform and its influence on the county territory foreign economy. The RMB exchange rate is an important variable which can affect China's economy. Its trend can not only influence China's macroeconomic variables such as foreign trade and balance of payments but also the microeconomic behaviors. Accordingly, analysing the above issue and forming scientific judgement and prediction will provide reference to the decision-making of local government and microeconomic agents. Furthermore, it will be also good for them to choose effective countermeasures against the issue.This article emphasizes on researching into the influence of RMB exchange rate reform on county territory foreign economy. It first explores the RMB exchange rate and conducted the research before the exchange rate reform's RMB rate institutional arrangements, analysing and summarizing the background and characteristics of the current RMB exchange rate reform, and then has analyzed the Shandong Province Shouguang's foreign trade present situation, Based on this has carried on the real diagnosis examination to the RMB rate reform to the Shouguang foreign trade's influence . And has carried on the empirical analysis on the exchange rate reform to the Shouguang investment condition's influence, has obtained the RMB rate reform to the county territory community services influence conclusion ,After that, the article analyses the future trend of RMB exchange rate and further put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for foreign related Enterprises of county territory. The result of the above research indicates that the influence of RMB upvaluation on county territory foreign economy is limited, and has the certainly positive role to improves the county territory investment condition; the RMB exchange rate is still facing great pressure of upvaluation which will be the long-term tendency of RMB; the negative influence of RMB exchange rate upvaluation on county territory foreign economy is emerging and the foreign economic agents of county territory is in urgent need of effective countermeasures.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction which expounds not only the background and significance of topic choosing, but also the actualities, thread and framework of research. The second part first summaries the background,content and characteristics of RMB exchange rate reform, then combs the general theory about the influence of exchange rate fluctuation on foreign trade, and has carried on the analysis to Shouguang's foreign trade present situation. The third part positivly analyses the concrete impacts of exchange rate reform on foreign trade of Shouguang City. The fourth part has analyzed the RMB rate reform to the Shouguang investment condition influence situation according to case. The fifth part finally makes the analysis and prediction about the trend of RMB exchange rate and put forward the countermeasures for foreign related Enterprises of county territory.
