The Influence Of Tbt To Our Country Export Enterprise Technology Innovation Research

With the development of global trade liberalization and integration, the number of traditional trade barriers such as tariffs, quotas, has been reduced greatly. TBT, because of its flexibility, pertinence and imperceptibility, have become increasingly popular among developed countries. This has caused great influence on developing countries including China. If Chinese export enterprises want to win the competition of the international market, technological innovation is absolutely important and necessary. Thus, the research on TBT’s influence on the technological innovation of export enterprises is both important on theoretical value and practical significance.First of all, this article summarizes the connotation of TBT, technological innovation. Based on this, the author compares different strategies that export enterprise use when faced with TBT, and point out that technological innovation is absolutely important and necessary for the company’s development. Secondly, this article uses the qualitative analysis to discusses the impact that TBT impose on enterprises’technological innovation, mainly on input factors of the technological innovation, the innovation process, and the products. Then, an empirical test is used to test TBT’s affect on China’s export enterprises’ technological innovation. Here, the uses the food industry, and the Spass software regression analysis method. The test shows that the strength of TBT has a positive effect on the innovation when it is lagged a year. Finally, the author make some suggestions on how to how to boost China’s export enterprises in the implementation of technological innovation in order to across the TBT. Including:to improve the policy environment for technological innovation, financing environment, and the recommendations of the Public Service Platform, to improve the implementation of technological innovation process, and to use imitate innovation and secondary innovation and the innovation of combining innovation mode according to a export company’s own scale and so on.
