Impact Study And Countermeasures Of EU Technical Barriers On China's Export Trade

In recent years,China's trade with the eu's gradually deepened,and our country has its own efforts for several years in our bilateral trade is in surplus,thus strengthened the means of trade protection in the European Union.Technical barriers to trade because of its concealment,flexibility and variability is different from other non-tariff barriers are the unique advantages that the eu frequent use,caused a certain influence to our country imports trade.The eu technical barriers to trade impact on China's export trade and main export industry,identify the main impact of technical barriers to form,advances some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to break through the eu's technical barriers to trade,has a certain practical significance.This paper first generalizes the previous related research at home and abroad,including the technical barriers to trade the basis of theoretical research,to study the influence of the market,enterprises,trade,empirical research,and the eu technical barriers to trade the influential factors of the export trade of our country and the effect of the study,based on summarizing the predecessors' experience,extracted in this paper,the research ideas and possible innovation points of the research.Secondly,the paper introduces the development history,latest forms and features of technical trade barriers of the eu.Again,using macro microeconomics product supply,the demand curve,and the product cost curve,showing the relationship between price and output are deduced theoretically analyzes the eu technical barriers to trade on China's export products of quantity control mechanism and price control mechanism,and through the mechanism of two kinds of joint action in the short and long term respectively the influence of the export trade of our country may cause effect.Then,by statistical data analysis to extract the export is blocked in our country at present the most serious of the three industries and analysis of the characteristics,the present situation of the three industries blocked are analyzed from the aspects of both internal and external reasons.Moreover is the empirical analysis,using the trade gravity model,at the same time into two kinds of technical barriers to trade measures to establish short-term error correction model and the model of long-term effect,to the eu technical barriers to trade on China's export trade volume and three main industries of both short-term and long-term effect quantitatively measure,by each type of return elasticity coefficient of two kinds of index variables in the comparison,it can be seen that the eu technical barriers to trade on China's exports and the impact of different industries,"technical regulations" the factors influence the overall impact of the extent of the proportion,and according to the empirical results come to the conclusion.Theory in this paper to deduce the eu technical barriers to trade has the dual effect of short-term inhibition and long-term promotion,and the empirical results show that the technical trade barriers on China's exports,machinery and textile export has the double effect of theory,and the technical breakthrough time is shorter than the average time is obtained by exports of regression,and to our country agricultural exports has both short-term and long-term all inhibit the effect of trade.At the same time,the eu "technical regulation" is the main factor that affects the export trade of China in all forms of technical trade barriers.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to break the technical barriers of the European Union according to the empirical results.
