The Research Of Project Management On Installation Of RPMD Ice Cream Production Line

As a kind of new food, cold drink and the related products, especially the ice cream is still of huge market potential. Investigation shows that ice cream consumption in American is about23kilograms per person, Australia is17kilograms, Sweden is16kilograms, and Japan is11kilograms, while China is only1.2kilograms in contrast. The trend is that people consume ice cream not only in the summer but also in the spring, the autumn and even the winter.The Ripple Piano Mountain Drinks (RPMD) is a part of the Lianyuan Iron and Steel Corporation. As a unit taking in charge of logistics, RPMD will be demerged from the corporation along with reform of state owned enterprises. To install a new ice cream production line before the demerging will reinforce RPMD with more products, more production and then competence strength.This paper aims at the management of the installation project of the new ice cream production line. From the project background and the research significance, the project scope, the project progress, the project organizational structure and the main function, the project expense, the project quality carries on the detailed introduction, and carries on to the project implementation and the control elaborated specifically, as well as proposes to the project approval request. Based on the overall objective of the audit of the ice cream production line technology transformation project designed to break down the various tasks carried out for equipment selection, installation, testing, trial production and production and so forth of the node. Important element of project management schedule, cost, quality and safety, in safety first, quality priority, to ensure progress, taking into account the cost of management principles[2], this article on the project’s safety, quality, schedule and cost management were detailed planning.
