This articlewill be practical application value that researches the working willingness andinfluencing factors of the rural labor working in Qingdao for a period. The possible innovation of this paper is reflected in two points:first, the researchobject and content are special.Second, the first-hand data is analyzed by Logisticregression model analysis, an important conclusion is drawn that the most importantpower for the rural labor come into Qingdao is not income, but the charm of the city. The object of this paper is rural labor force migrants in Qingdao. The majorcontents studied are as follows: First, It has summarized domestic and foreignresearch trends, defined the relevant concepts, and expounded the three theoreticalbasis of this study that is to be applied: The Binary Theory, The Push-pull Theory,Economics of Labor Migration Theory. Second, it has proposed three hypothesesfollowed by literature and theoretical foundation, achieved a first-hand data by theform of a survey study, and analyzed the data quantitatively by descriptive statisticsand binary logistic regression econometric model. The former analyses the basiccharacteristics of the survey overall, from which the push-pull theory in fourdimensions factors: personal factors, outflow area factors, resettlement area factors, intermediate obstacles to refine analysis. The latter based on the theory of building aregression equation, and get the conclusions based on results of the model results that derived from the SPSS17.0data processing software. Third, from the point of view ofpromoting urbanization, it based on the conclusions drawn from the analysis, from themigrant rural labor, government, enterprise, relevant recommendations.According to the results of empirical analysis, four conclusions: foreign rurallabor into the green workers intend to "next year" remain green work of a higherproportion of more than60percent. Intend personnel from the Green, to return homeand move to other cities in the proportion of each half. Personal factors greater impacton the willingness, especially married, more families, working status higher tend tocontinue working to stay green.
