3PL-HUB is an advanced form of supply chain collaboration model in which thethird-party logistics integrated the supply-side resources to form a more convenient supplychain collaborative. The form of application enhances the overall flexibility of the supplychain system, strengthen the supply chain system’s capability in coping with marketuncertainty risks, but also presents higher requirements on3P-LIS flexibility andcapability of seamless integration, both of which need better theoretical guidance.Under3PL-HUB, the3P-LIS architecture has significant effect on3P-LIS flexibilityand capability of seamless integration. In this essay, a3P-LIS flexibility and integrationcapability solutions was improved from a3P-LIS architecture-based perspective. In theessay, a tripartite participants in the supply chain logistics coordination service model wasfirstly built based on3PL-HUB organizational strategy, from a supposed "Manufacturers-Third party logistics-Supplier" logistics coordination needs, to describe the supply chainin interaction between the business processes; then the supply chain logistics informationmodel building was conducted according to the information exchange and sharing needsof enterprise participated in the supply chain logistics coordination service model; finally, based on the3PL-HUB services and information demand characteristics mentioned in theservice model and the information model, an SOA and RFID technology-based3P-LISsolutions was raised. Research has shown that the SOA and RFID-based3P-LIS solutioncan effectively compensate the flexibility and integration capabilities defects for3PL-HUB, the research got the desired results.
