The radio frequency identification technique is a new information technologywhich is used in the logistics area in recent10years. It is very important for us tostudy the manufacturing logistics in the Automotive enterprises based on the RFIDtechnique, not only for the great improvement on the Automotive industry, but alsothe great meaning for the whole manufacture industry.Based on the previous study outcome, we do several things to design a newmanufacturing logistics system for X automotive company. Firstly, we have analyzedthe state and the development process of the whole Automotive industry includingChinese car manufacture and the foreign car manufacture to get a well understand ofthe whole thing we are studying. Secondly, we tried to take advantage of the analyticmethod which are widely used in logistics area to analyze the problem X company arefacing. Thirdly, we have get a feasible program to solve the problem. The program isbased on the analyzing the space dimension and the time dimension of the logisticssystem. Then we can get a net map of the system structure, which will be used in Xcompany as the way to transfer the information created in that company. It is knownwell that the net structure of the manufacturing logistics system can help refine theinformation-sharing in the company. Furthermore, it is helpful for the company toachieve higher efficiency and instantaneity of the decision making. What’s more, thecompany can react to the demand quickly by adopting the new system.The main work of this paper is construct a new manufacturing logistics systemwhich is based on the RFID technique. The company can get some improvement byusing the new system such as visible management in the assembly shop, reduce thewaste, release the managers to focus on the company’s strategy and at the same timemake the logistics in other workshop better.In order to make sure that the new system can be used in a real workingenvironment, we tested some metal for their radiation. Until now, we have tested the ability to be read of iron, aluminum, cast iron and cast aluminum by using theRFS-2022radio identification system. Then we got the result of the test, by doingwhich we the get the usage scenario of the EPC electronic label.Last, we got the whole structure model of the manufacturing logistics system byanalyzing the manufacturing, RFID technique and the implement environment of theRFID technique. In order to make sure the system can work stable,we designed arelative software and database structure. The software are designed base on thefamous software Delphi XE5, we tested the new designed system and got some goodoutcome. It is reasonable to believe that by using RFID technique in the logisticssystem, the development of the manufacturing logistics management system willdevelop quickly.
