With the improvement of logistics information technology in Chinese logistics enterprise year by year, the extraction and analysis of logistics information become more and more important. If the feedback of logistics information is inaccurate, incomplete, unilateral and so other issues, it will lead to waste a lot of resources and high operating costs.The issue of traditional logistics controlling system is technical scattered, the system either only focus on goods entering and leaving the system, or only focus on database management, while the detection of the goods transportation separated. Every part of the system is insular instead of collaborative. Therefore, the adoption of new technologies could be committed to improve efficiency and reduce costs. And the logistics enterprise can improve its service quality in order to provide society with high quality services.This paper designed an integrated logistics transportation system based on RFID, GPS and GPRS technology; its functions are as follows:RFID is used to record the entering (leaving) information of the goods; GPS provides the position of the goods; GPRS is used to deliver the corresponding data. Each module uses computer to send the collected information to a remote control and management center via GPRS. It not only manage the loaded goods effectively, but also realize the positioning of vehicles, which can achieve the aim of error detection and treatment in time, and improve the efficiency of cargo transportation management to reduce the time cost.Based on the modular design and development methods, we propose the overall design of the system, and then carry on research of the modular design of hardware and software separately. Then we design the entire system of the vehicle terminates based on the modular design methods, and define the function of each module and relationship between each module. Then we develop an program in order to develop and debug the main control center for vehicle serial communication and database program, including analytical procedures of NMEA0183 protocol, serial communication program and database data processing procedures. Finally, we simulate the whole vehicle main control center system. The result of simulation indicates that the system can acquire the GPS information from the terminal vehicle rapidly and accurately, and process and store the GPS data furthe. At the same time the human-computer interaction interface of PC program can display the routine of the vehicle.
