The AMT Project Utility Efficiency Of Variable Resource And Promotion Measures

In recent years, more and more enterprises begin to adopt advanced manufacturingtechnology (AMT) to gain their advantage, and thus improve their own competitiveness.AMT project is a one that is high input, high-risk, long cycle, and intangible benefitsoccupy a very large proportion of the project. So it is a double-edged sword that it willbring huge investment returns if it’s operated well or it will lead to serious economiclosses even be the crisis in the life of enterprise if it’s badly managed. How to improve theutilization of resources invested to make the value of the project achieve the maximum iswhat business managers need to resolve. So it’s very necessary to research the resourceutilization of AMT project implementation process.Firstly,the paper describes the importance of the manufacturing sector in humanlife,discusses the encountered challenges and opportunities and take a comprehensivereview of the research project and resource utilization of advanced manufacturingtechnology.Then collate and summarize the relevant theoretical knowledge and researchand describes modeling tools that will be used in this article-the data envelopmentanalysis.Secondly, the article introduces the AMT project resource types and characteristics.The problems existing in the AMT project resource utilization and influencing factors areanalyzed, and on this basis AMT project evaluation index system of variable efficiency ofresource utilization is established. With data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, theAMT project resource utilization efficiency evaluation model is done. Then through thesolution of the model it gets the overall condition of the variable efficiency of resourceutilization and the amount that can put into the resource utilization to achieve the bestresults of the state. At the same time, according to the results of the sensitivity analysis,several important factors that affect the variable efficiency of resource utilization are given,that can provide constructive suggestions for AMT project managers.Then, according to the problem before it gives pathways and countermeasures toenhance resource utilization. At last this paper summarizes the innovation of this article,points out the inadequacies of this study, and put forwards the future research outlook.
