The Research Of Tianjin Manufacturing Resource Allocation Efficiency Under Reform Of The Supply Front

At the end of 2015,The Central Committee of the Communist of China(CPC)put forward the structural reform of the supply side,which points out the direction for the further efficient and steady development of China's manufacturing industry in the new normal economic situation.In the background of the structural reform of the supply side,this dissertation analyzes the efficiency of the allocation of resources in Tianjin's manufacturing industry,and puts forward specific strategic measures to improve the efficiency of the allocation of resources in the manufacturing industry in Tianjin and to realize the manufacturing industry's upgrading and transformation.Through the review of a large number of domestic and abroad related documents and the status condition of Tianjin's manufacturing industry,this dissertation used the DEA(Data Envelope Analysis)data envelopment analysis method to construct the cross efficiency evaluation model,and the resource allocation efficiency of 26 categories of manufacturing industry in Tianjin in 2014 and 2015 was quantitatively analyzed.The manufacturing industry in Tianjin was divided into four categories: the optimal resource allocation category,the less optimal resource allocation category,the scale efficiency restriction category and the pure technical efficiency restriction category.According to the respective characteristics of the four types of manufacturing industry,the methods to improve the efficiency of resource allocation were put forward.The dissertation on the resource allocation efficiency of Tianjin manufacturing industry under the structural reform of supply side can enrich the application of relevant theories in practice,provide theoretical guidance to Tianjin to build advanced manufacturing base with stronger innovation capacity and then transform and upgrade the manufacturing industry.It has a certain reference value for the development of China's manufacturing industry under the new normal situation.
