The Research Of Rural Labor Force Employment In New Countryside Construction

At the Sixteen5in plenary meeting of the Communist Party of China in2005, theidea of developing a new socialist countryside was advocated, according to the theme ofdeveloping production, abundant materials, civilized customs, tidied village appearanceand democraticized management. This is one of our great decision in the new historicalperiod adapting to the new environment abroad and at home. The employment of the rurallabor force which concerns the economic prosperity and social stability of the countrysidehas important practical significance for the new socialist countryside. Therefore, thesystematic research and exploration about the rural labor force employment owns theprofound theoretical and practical function.The thesis is set with the new rural construction as the background, with the rurallabor force as the targets, and with the employment as the content. The third part is based on the analyses of the rural labor force employment presentsituation, exploding the reasons and problems of the employment which is the key point ofthe article. The fourth part focused on the reasons of the labor employment, in the aspectof the functions of the government, agriculture and rural, the labor quality, the rural andsocial system, township enterprises and urbanization construction, in order to solve theproblems of the lack of the labor in the new rural construction. The article expects through analysis problem of rural labor force on the backgroundof new countryside construction and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestionswill offer some reference to the new countryside construction.
