The Study On The Transfer Of Surplus Rural Labor Force Employment Problem Of China

Building modern agricultures, prospering rural economy and increasing peasants'income are great tasks to build a well-off society that are put in the 17th CPC National Congress. Holding people as the center, developing and planning the cities and countries as a whole and propelling the concordant development of economy, society and people are specific requirements of scientific development conception. Peasant, agriculture and village (Sannong) are not only economical problems, but also political problems. The successful transfer of surplus rural labor is a key to realize the well-off society, follow the scientific development idea and solve the problem of"peasant, agriculture and village"efficiently. This paper is analyzed on the basis of research of the labor transfer practice.There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is introductions. The second chapter introduces several rural labor force transfer theories in order to instruct the transfer surplus labor force in our country. In the third chapter, it introduces rural labor force transfers of the word which suggest us that we have to hold the opportunity, speed up the countryside surplus labor force transfer. Based on analysis situation in Jining, the fourth chapter is to estimate the situation of surplus labor force and summarize the barriers factor of labor force transfer. In the fifth chapter, the author has proposed many solutions and suggestions.
