College Students Entrepreneurship Tendency Factors Affecting The Empirical Research Of Henan Province

In recent years the university student’s entrepreneurship gradually becomes a hotissue on the concerns of the community along with the development of economy, so itis studied by the domestic and foreign scholars. The government also gives muchsupport, such as being put forward in the government report. The College students arevaluable human resources to the countries, so the study about students’entrepreneurship have great significance.These actions including studies,encouragement and the support on the entrepreneurship are not only useful to thecollege students’ employment and the transformation between scientific andtechnology, but also have an impact on deepening the reform of education mode andimplementing the hr strategy for Henan province.Based on the studies of the domestic and foreign scholars, this paper investigatesthe entrepreneurial orientation of the students in the Henan Province Universities andfurther analyzes them with the factor analysis and the structure equation model.Through the analysis we can conclude： Technical knowledge, social environmentand the entrepreneurial attitudes on entrepreneurship produce positive influence onthe entrepreneurial action tendency and the entrepreneurial awareness, but externalsupport elements and the economic situation on entrepreneurial orientation havenegative influence; Entrepreneurial attitude play an intermediary role in the influence:Entrepreneurial attitude plays a part role the influence of the economic situation andsocial environment mediating entrepreneurial awareness and action tendency.Technical knowledge affecting the entrepreneurial awareness is all achieved throughentrepreneurial attitudes.In order to further improve university students’ entrepreneurial orientation andentrepreneurial skills, the government should increase preferential measures andoptimization the business environment. The school can strengthen the enterpriseeducation and the student should improve their qualities and abilities.
