Since the implementation of reform and opening policy in1970s, the economy ofChina has been developing rapidly. Environmental problems receive anunprecedented attention with people’s living standards rising and urban constructionimproving. In recent years, many relevant policies have been promulgated aimed atenvironment construction. Local government put ecological city into city landscapeconstruction, which has greatly promoted the development of landscaping industry.Besides, the real estate market continues to heat up caused by urbanization, it makesthe demand of real estate landscaping grow up to a great extend. Due to these newtrends, the landscaping industry in China is entering a phase developing of high speed.Landscaping market is gradually occupied by the specialized and large-scaleenterprises. Many companies choose public listing as a new plan for financing aftersome large enterprises went public after2009. Both academic and entrepreneurs beginto conduct in-depth study of the strategic choices of landscaping enterprises. Thispaper selects a private landscaping enterprise in the new coastal region of Tianjin asan example to expand the empirical study. The core technology competence of theenterprise is "Technology of physical-chemical–ecological and water-saving way ofsaline-alkali field control and vegetation planting ". Though it has occupied a largeshare of saline control market, there are still some shortages of their familymanagement, such as human resource, financial and technology innovation. Ouranalysis is based on the research of macro environment, main competitors and internalresources of the company, provide strategic planning guidance for their futuredevelopment. Take the result of case studies, the characteristics of the landscapingindustry and the stage of developing into consideration, this thesis summarizes themain problems of landscaping enterprises and put forward five strategic suggestionshoping to improve theoretical study and business practices for landscaping industry inChina.
