Abstract/Summary:
The knowledge-based economy is upon us. The key point of the competitionamong enterprises is actrually the talent. How to take advantage of talent resourcesreasonably will be the key competitive capability for the enterprise development.Training is not only a way to make the enterprises adapt to the changeablesurroundings, beu also meet the needs og further-educaiton for the employees, thus,training is a mutual benefit investment for the enterprise and its employees, which canmaintain the competitive superiorities of the enterprisecompettive capability becomeimportant motivations for the enterprises.Following the order of current situation description, raising, analyzing andsolving problems, according to current situation of training system in Company F, thisthesis analyzes its current situation of training system for human resources,achievements and weakness. Based on the scientific training theories, complying withthe demand of employee training and company’s development strategy for theupgrading business and new strategy direction, this thesis also puts up with thenecessity of new training system construction by means of studying on the documentand thesis, as well as combining theory with practice. In this thesis, a new trainingprocedure, contents and system have been shown in a scientific and practicable way.The main content consists of one basic orientation, five standard training procedures,four set of core training products, three system platforms and a series of standizedregulations, as well as relevant supporting guarantee systems, to ensure the trainingcan be carried out. In a word, this thesis pays high attention to solving the practicalproblems of training theories, aiming at building up an efficient and practicabletraining system to bring up talented employees with good qualities who just meet thedemand of company’s development strategy, so that mutual benefit can be madebetween enterprise and employees.
