Last, the competitiveenvironment is analyzed by Five Forces Model.Then the internal environment of XinLian Electronic is analyzed,including corporation brief introduction and its competitive ability. Thecorporation brief introduction mainly includes ownership, org chart, financialstate, human resources and infrastructure, main products. The competitiveability analysis is mainly composed of design ability, marketing ability, costcontrol ability,quality management ability analysis.
