China bring up “Made in China 2025” in 2015,this strategy showed some serious challenges: Resources and environment constraints are constantly reinforcing,the total cost include labors are continuously increased,these common practices which only rely on low cost resources input and large scale copy mode can't be sustainable,MSA(China)has same problems.By analyzing MSA china company operation case,and combined the industry background,find major problems as below.(1)Unclear competition strategy(2)Unrealistic lead cost(3)homogenization(4)Low growth rate and profit.This study use PEST tools,the five force mode,and internal resources analysis methods,bring up the focus diversity strategy,explain the details about implementation of key points:(1)Clear the company position again,and train well inside the organization,(2)Follow the customer demands,rebuild the R&D process,(3)Service is core business,innovating service contents,(4)Base on products and service difference,build unique brand.Also state the strategy support system,include the company culture building,technology innovation system,and optimize marketing & sales process,all these actions help company working on focus diversity strategy effectively,then improve the company core competence,help company archive long-term business success.
