Since the origination of modern management, manufacturers have paid great attention to process management. After centuries of development, the scientific process management method can not only improve employee’s work efficiency, achieve the goal of smooth operation processes, but also promote enterprise’s productivity directly.Nowadays, process management approaches has been used into producting and operating management, and there’s been obviously optimized effect. Then, process management should optimize the series of work from producting to selling. Sales process is one of the most important income rescource of company, it should be optimized by selling process management, to broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure for the company.This study is under the above background.The main object of this study is sales work process of JH Concrete Pile Holdings Ltd.’s Taizhou office, and assisted by other main supportive departments’working situation. Firstly, the writer introduces the work process of typical sales case. Secondly, analysis this typical process through PERT network tools, describe the sales process with PERT network. To analysis the process management situation inside sales department and situation between different related department, study their cooperation and cohesion processes. Put forward some solutions to time wasting work of the typical sales process, design concurrent work for those work could run parallel, optimize and modify some work orders, and support sales department and related department with incentive plans and methods. To smooth inner work process of sales department, to improve the cohesion and coordination situation of related department working process, to optimize the whole sales process, and to increase the operation efficiency of sales process, thus decreasing sales costs for the company, improving customer satisfaction for the long-term and healthy running of the company.
