Strategic Alliance is a dynamic system with high complexity. Theresearch on an internal mechanism of the strategic alliance could explainthe motives for the formation of strategic alliances, so as to predict thebehavior of strategic alliances, support the strategic cooperation decisionin business.This article is a combination of theoretical and empirical researchaimed at improving the theory of the strategic mechanical analysis basedon the value net model, which showed the cause of the strategic alliances,which expect to achieve the ultimate goal of the corporate strategy. In theempirical research part, analysis the behavior of the strategic alliances inIT industry from the supplier and customer dimensions.
