Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has entered arapid development period. The development of Chinese enterprises is alsovery fast. However, with China’s accession to WTO, Chinese enterprisesare facing challenges of economic globalization. China’s Mid-andsmall-scale enterprises are eagerly looking forward to the way that theycan grow quickly in the increasingly fierce competition.In this paper, based on the perspective of the strategic alliance, thephysics concepts and management of value-net theory has been combinedto propose the strategic alliance mechanical mechanism which is based onthe strategic field theory. The paper also revealed the formation ofstrategic alliance motivation and performance with content analysis of theactual cases in IT industry. This paper may be useful to help enterprisefind other enterprises’ strategic needs so that it can make a right strategicdecision in complex environments and achieve a non-linear growth.This paper also has some innovative points, and it is the expansion ofstrategic alliance and field theory. This paper provides a quantitativeanalysis method for the mechanism of strategic alliance, which was applied in the case analysis from IT industry.
