Production logistics, especially manufacturing companies, associated with productmanufacturing process, the manufacturing process of the product is essentially a logisticsprocess,from raw materials into production until the finished product storage shipments,always reflect the circulation process of the material physical form. The main researchareas of production logistics include plant layout, process, production planning and productcontrol, Handling, etc. and its core is how to manage, coordinate, control the logistics andinformation flow scientifically in the production process. S company mentioned in thisarticle, along with changes in the market situation, production management suffered a hugechallenge, that need an advanced management philosophy or theory which matches theactual situation of capacity. Through the injection of such a concept or method, helping Scompany to achieve production logistics management improvement.
