The Application Of IT Service Management Promoting The Information System

Enterprise development needs application of new management methods to improve itsproduction or quality of service. As a more comprehensive and innovative approach tomanagement, IT service management is the great improvement to the enterprise’s production orservice levels. IT service management can effectively improve the efficiency of projectmanagement, mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Every user is able to have a unifiedinterface when discovers problem. It could provide specific statistical reports for manager to doproject promotion, and quantifiable measurement of the work.(2)Enrich and improve theknowledge base of known issues.(3)Help improve the overall capacity to solve problems.() ITservice management can handle initiative problems.(4)Improve end-user’s satisfaction, andreduce management costs. In all, the rational application of IT service management is the keyto the success of the project promotion and our in-depth study and discussion topics.This paper uses a combination of Literature analysis and case discussion, and in-depthdiscussion of the IT service management which would be used in to project management andpromotion, besides, establish and improve of specific methods for IT service management inproject promotion. We would study the integration of corporate management structure and ITservice management, and IT service management, and help different levels of organizationsachieve the goal of project management, and finally summarize the effective methods andexperience of project promotion via IT service management.
