At present, urban mass transit with good stability and great capacity has developedrapidly in China along with the development of economy and urbanization. Thedevelopment of urban mass transit industry has a great prospect due to the constantlyincreasing investment offered by both the State and local government. FH Company is anoutstanding solution provider of the urban massl transit communication system. At themoment, the development of urban rail traffic communication industry is in a crucial stage.FH Company must make a development strategy to seize the opeportudnities to realize agreat-leap-forward development of the enterprise.Taking FH Company as the research object, this paper makes a deep analysis of thedevelopment strategy of FH. The paper, firstly, gives an introduction of the externalmacro-environment of FH and the competition environment of the urban mass trafficindustry in details. It also combines with the analysis of the interior resource capacity ofthe enterprise. By using the enterprise strategic management theory and analysis methodof SWOT from MBA courses, the paper describes the advantages, weakness, opportunitiesand threaten which FH is facing. Specific strategy implementation is stated in the paper aswell.The FH’s strategy goal is to make the enterprises a first-class solution provider of thecommunication systUem of nurbanR mass etransgit in iChsina.t In ethe dromestic urban mass transitfield, FH’s product will occupy a share of more than25%in the market of communicationsystem. Mobile video, which is the company’s core product, will occupy40%of the share in thedomestic market, and become the major growth point of the company’s profit. Whileimplement the concrete strategy, the enterprise should keep a further management reform,promote the organized performance and establish a competitive salary system and anincentive policy; the market distribution should be adjusted positively as well in order toconsolidate and develop the two superior markets-Wuhan and Chongqing. New strategicmarket should be explored such as Zhengzhou and Changsha. New products are expectedto be brought into the developed markets like Beijing and Shanghai. Meanwhile, theenterprise is supposed to keep the technology innovation and build the corecompetitiveness. Further enhancing large project management and improving the enterprise’s profitability are also required to realize the sustainable development.The writer hopes the study of FH’s development strategy in this paper could be usedfor reference for the other enterprises of telecommunication industry in strategicdevelopment under present economic environment.
