Research On The Development Strategy Of HL Biological Company

Culture medium is an important raw material for biomedical manufacturing.In recent years,with the rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry,the culture medium industry has also obtained rare development opportunities.The HL company selected as the research object in this article is currently the largest producer of carbon and nitrogen sources in Shandong.However,due to the high degree of homogeneity of such products,HL has a clear market advantage in Shandong Province.However,I have been struggling to find a suitable development strategy to further develop the company.This article first reviews the research results of strategic management and the biological industry to guide the analysis of this article in theory.This paper uses PEST analysis,five-force model and other research tools to sort out the external environment of HL companies,find out the opportunities and threats in the external environment,build an external factor evaluation matrix,and then summarize the company's internal resources and capabilities to find advantages and disadvantages,Construct an internal factor evaluation matrix,and use SWOT model for combination analysis.After comparing the analysis results with HL's mission,vision and values,this paper concludes that HL should choose three development strategies:market development strategy,related diversification strategy,and strategic alliance.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy,this article further proposes three major strategic measures to actively attack and radiate the national market development strategy,to enter the serum-free medium industry to achieve relevant diversification strategies,to deeply bind key customers,and integrate downstream The supply chain ecology realizes the strategic alliance strategy,and accordingly proposes three major safeguard measures to establish and improve a strategic control system,improve the human resource management system,and improve the financial management system.Finally,the full text is summarized,the research conclusions are drawn and the research limitations are pointed out.
