Research On The Pattern Of Peasants’ Entrepreneurship In Northeast And Southeast Of Chongqing

In the process of overall building a moderately prosperous society and socialistnew countryside, the “three agriculture problems” have become the focus on problemsthat urgently need to be resolved, and the core of the “three agriculture problems” is thefarmer problem. So to solve this problem, increasing farmers’ income, rural economicdevelopment and urbanization becomes the necessary road. Peasants entrepreneurshipas an effective way to increase farmers’ income and improve the environment of ruralsurplus labor force has been accepted by our government, and encourages peasantsentrepreneurship also appeared on numerous government reports and policies.This paper combined with the practical of peasants entrepreneurship in Chongqing,through the literature review and investigation related data, thoroughly discusses theconcepts of peasants entrepreneurship and the basis of peasants entrepreneurship pattern.And based on this, we also fully analyze and summarize the article center-peasants’entrepreneurship pattern in Northeast and Southeast of Chongqing. First, analyze theenvironment of peasants’ entrepreneurship, finding that the political environment andpolicy environment are well, but needed to be further improved. And other such aseconomy, talent and technology environment is shown slightly weak, needed to changethis situation in the future to encourage farmers’ entrepreneurship. Then is case analysis,taking the practice of farmers’ entrepreneurship in Qianjiang district for example, weanalyzes the present situation and existing problems about this, such as poor ventureability, small scale, low efficiency and weak resist risks ability, and how do the farmerchoose the pattern of farmers’ entrepreneurship: the choice is made in light of their owncapital and combining the basic conditions and policy environment. Last, we analyzethe current situation and problems of farmers’ entrepreneurship in Chongqing, andconstruct the pattern: fully combining with local resources endowment conditions. Andon this basis, according to various aspects problems of this, we put forward the relatedcountermeasures.Through the analysis of the current situation of farmers’ entrepreneurship inChongqing and the construction of the farmers’ entrepreneurship pattern, we know that the environment of entrepreneurship is improved; the role of farmers’ entrepreneurshipis increasingly prominent; the choice of pattern should combine the local resourceendowment and within the government plays a very important role. At the same time,the farmers’ entrepreneurship can increase the farmer’s income; improve the ruraleconomic environment and reduce the city and countryside disparity.
