Study On The Peasents' Starting Their Entrepreneurship In Northern Shaanxi

Peasants'starting their entrepreneurship is to unite or organize production on the base of family, through investments, basing on villages, through enlarging the scale of production or new productive activity for further development. Encouraging peasants' starting their entrepreneurship has active effects on activate peasants of northern Shaanxi, absorbing them into work market, increasing their income and developing rural economy.First of all, the background and significance of the study were discussed in the thesis. Nowadays, under the framework of China's actively advancing the building of a new socialist countryside, the authorities of northern Shaanxi have constituted policies and regulations concerned to encourage peasants to start their entrepreneurship, which provide peasants with favor. These offer great opportunities and developing room for locals to start various businesses under their own circumstances and then impel the improvement of agriculture and peasants and country in northern Shaanxi. The significance of the study of peasants'starting their entrepreneurship in northern Shaanxi was to find the limited factors and to explore practical measures in order to enrich the peasants.Secondly, the methods and thoughts of the study were discussed as follows. The situation and steps of peasants'starting their entrepreneurship in northern Shaanxi were particularly studied in the thesis. We attempted to take the study of peasants'starting their entrepreneurship in northern Shaanxi as a breakthrough point macroscopically and microscopically, particularly microscopically. The problems were analyzed from theory to practice and we adopted the theory to instruct the practice; the problems were studied from the analysis of situation to exploration of measures and we would directly solve the actual problems; research from the whole discussion to study of typical cases and deepen the realization of the problems. The whole thought of the study was to show the characteristics and limited factors of peasants'starting their entrepreneurship in northern Shaanxi and then to make suggestions concerning policies.Thirdly, we got the conclusions. Through the study of typical problems and the characteristics of peasants'starting entrepreneurship in Northern Shaanxi and typical cases of four types, we considered: basically they started their business for making a living and the opportunities were mainly acquired through the experience of doing odd job. Furthermore, comparing with the peasants'starting business in southern China, they only relied on family organization. We maintained that clear thoughts and corresponding policies are essential to impel peasants'development in northern Shaanxi to educate peasants and create favorable environment and establish series of concerning regulation system. A deeper and more specific understanding of their meaning for social development and then we should directly adopt useful measures to promote the development of peasants'starting entrepreneurship.
