The development strategy of enterprise, an important part of businessmanagement, plays a very important role in the enterprise operating and management.Qiqihar Waste Disposal Company is an environmental protection enterprise whichmainly engages in municipal solid waste, medical waste, construction waste and solidwaste disposal. The company has responsibility to improve the quality of the urbanenvironment and improve the living environment.Since China access to the WTO, foreign large-scale environmental companieshave entered China, the situation is more serious in the environment protection market,so it is high necessary for the Qiqihar waste disposal company to studying andformulating the right development strategy. Making the right development strategyimplement and control efficiently in order to obtain the competitive advantage are thekey of the Qiqihar waste disposal company.This dissertation mainly studied the Qiqihar waste disposal companydevelopment strategy, which adopted the modern enterprise manage theory, guidedwith related strategic theory, combines with China’s economic development trendsand requirements of ecological and environmental protection. Based on thedevelopment history, the position of the waste disposal industry was system analysis.Under the circumstance that the external and the internal condition change constantly,how to implement the development strategy of enterprise was discussed. The externalmacro environment,industry environment and internal conditions of the Qiqiharwaste disposal company were analyzed comprehensively with strategic managementanalysis methods, such as PEST analysis, the Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis.The external opportunities and threats of the company were summarized, advantagesand disadvantages in the internal of the company were indicated and the elements ofthe strategy were listed; the development strategy was summarized, specific methodsand implementation of the corporation strategy were proposed with the BalancedScorecard model and the SWOT matrix analysis, in order that the social effect and theeconomic effect were integrated. |
