ERP is to provide the platform of production, management, operation for differentlevels of the enterprise personnel, which based on information technology and byconnecting and integrating enterprise each business system. ERP can integrate all theirresources, so as to reap the greatest benefits to meet the needs of the new era ofinformation economy, knowledge and economics’ development, and the needs ofenterprise development and competitiveness-enhancing. It is in line with requirementsof the times of information technology and business management, and it is the productof the combination of new ideas.With the improvement of living standards, our country pharmaceutical enterprisesmaintained a rapid development speed, the structure and level of drug consumption arechanging, too. With universal coverage and the implementation of new health carereform, and national "five-second" introduction of the draft plan’s out, thepharmaceutical industry ushered in the epoch-making development opportunities. Thepharmaceutical industry ERP’s growth rate only second to the manufacturing ERP, andhave a more and more important position and will continue to lead in the overalldomestic market share in the ERP market.In this time many domestic pharmaceutical companies are trying to implement theadvanced management information system to enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises, but the application of ERP system’s implementation effect is not ideal,because both technology and management have big risks. Therefore, how to control therisk is becoming the key point to the successful implementation of ERP projects inpharmaceutical companies.This paper is in view of the pharmaceutical enterprise ERP implementation’s risk,according to the theories such as COSO enterprise risk management integratedframework and PMI project risk management related model, proposes the frameworkthat can effectively avoid the management risk of ERP project implementation, andestablish the risk management system which fit in the status and the requirements of thedevelopment of medicine enterprise ERP project implementation. This paper makesevery effort for providing realistic and feasible solutions to the ERP project riskmanagement, in order to improve the Pharmaceutical enterprise ERP project implementation’s success rate.This paper uses qualitative analysis, at the same time, according to the key subjectthat the Pharmaceutical enterprise ERP project is widespread in the face of progress risk;this paper also proposes the quantitative analysis method of PERT method combinedwith Monte Carlo computer simulation to ERP project risk management. Through thequalitative and quantitative method, this paper comprehensively analysis the risk inpharmaceutical enterprise ERP project, and provides the effective risk managementsystem for project successfully completed.
