Research On Risk Management Of New Pharmaceutical Project

As methodology of project management is used for different industry. Risk Management became one of the most important parts of Project Management. Tracking the pharmaceutical Project Risk Management, the thesis study the concept of Risk Management, identification and evaluation of risks, methods of evaluation and avoiding strategy of risks, as well as the strategies of Project Risk Management.The article issued a definition of Project Risk and Project Risk Management, and it summarizes a process and content of Project Risk Management. Study representative risk-identifying methods are described on a thorough analysis of risks that generally exist in project concluded by the items. Base on the studies, these two methods are recognized as Experts Evaluated Method and Disperse Risk. Illustrated several examples to prove the feasibility Project Risk Evaluation of the methods in project risk evaluation.
