Since the end of last century, the legal profession in china to flourish, most locallaw firms are small~scale and management of loose status.Problems on managementsystem become the obstacle on the development of the law firm.In recent years, with the continuous rise of law firms in XM and the increasingnumber of practitioners, XM city law firm is faced with many difficulties, such as theturnover of staff, management is non~standard, lack of system in human resourcemanagement. To sum up, excessive fluidity, nonstandard management is result frommost law firms in XM lack effective incentive system. It’s difficult that staff have asense of belongings and the enthusiast to work.At first, this paper do a system classified and summarized on the incentive theorydevelopment and schools., Subsequently, XM lawyer industry incentive mechanisminvestigation and optimization is based on the job. As a lawyer and a manager, theauthor do a systematic survey on the XM lawyer industry incentive mechanismthrough various interviews and questionnaires. After analysis on the basis of survey,the author try to find out the deep~seated reason of lack of incentive mechanism.Finally, followed the goal the current incentive mechanism, the author gives thesuggestions and measures to XM city attorney industry incentive mechanismoptimization.The main contribution of this paper is the depth of research the small andmedium~sized law firm incentive system. It is advised to improve the employees ofthe firm ’s loyalty through the corporate culture, salary plan, promotion system andother aspects of the incentive. At the same time, this paper provides the effectivesuggestion and scheme for the optimization of XM city law firm incentive system.
