| As the acceleration of economic globalization and restructuring speed of worldindustries，industry migration between nations is also carried out quickly，industrial gradstransfer between regions plays the key role in the economic coordinated development.Thethesis study on how to grasp the excellent opportunities of the industrial transferdemonstration area’s construction of the Wanjiang Urban Belt, undertaking the industrialtransfer actively, and advancing the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure toachieve leapfrog development have becoming a very important and urgent issue to besolved.This article combined the empirical analysis, comparative analysis, quantitativeanalysis with qualitative analysis and other methods, study on the problems of undertakingthe industrial transfer of developed areas for Chuzhou. First, based on the concept ofindustrial transfer and the consolidation of relevant theory and research status, combiningof status and problems in Chuzhou City’s undertaking the eastern industrial transfer, Focuson the PESTN analysis of the Chuzhou’s undertaking the eastern industrial transfer, putforward the Chuzhou′s favorable conditions and constraints as the carrier of undertakingindustrial transfer. Secondly, according to the industry gradient theory, construct theindustrial gradient coefficient model to calculate the gradient coefficient. Following theprinciple of the undertaking industrial transfer, combined with the Chuzhou’s competitiveindustries and the development situations of the12th Five-Year’ key industry, screen out thekey industries of the undertaking industrial transfer for Chuzhou City. Finally, the thesis putforward suitable the implementation of the path and policy measures for Chuzhou’sundertaking industrial transfer. This study have some practical significance and guiding rolefor Chuzhou’s undertaking the eastern industrial transfer to further accelerate the industrialdevelopment. |
