Research On Transfer Efficiency In Absorbing The Transferred Industry Of Wan Jiang Urban Agglomeration

Industrial transfer is due to changes in the supply of resources or the condition of productdemand, causing the industry transfer from a region or country to another region or country. Since thereform and opening up, The eastern coastal areas of China is the first to seize the opportunity ofinternational industrial transfer, to achieve the rapid development of the economy, but during thedevelopment of economic, the bound by the rising costs of the factor and weakening external demandand other factors is gradually obvious, forcing the eastern coastal areas to shift the industry which haslose the advantage to other areas, in order to achieve economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.Wanjiang City Belt as to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone, how to actively andeffectively undertake domestic and international industrial transfer, rapidly integration into the globalor regional division of labor and industries is of great strategic significance for carrying on industrytransfer in Underdeveloped Areas. The thesis applies industrial economics theory, takes Wanjiang Citybelt as research object, to study the problem of undertaking the industrial transfer.(1)This thesis sorts out the related domestic and foreign industrial transfer literature, found thatthere is insufficient: foreign research focused mainly on problem of international industry transfer, theresearch on the interregional industry transfer are relatively deficient; the domestic scholars mainlyfocus on theoretical study on motivation, mechanism, pattern and effect of the industry transfer, butlack of relevant quantitative study. On the basis of this the paper proposed the research topic andresearch framework.(2) Wanjiang City belt were classified according to the level of urbanization, finding Hefei is thehighest, Wuhu, Tongling and Ma’anshan is in the middle, Anqing, Lu’an and other city is lower. Thenfurther analysis the industry undertaking force of Wanjiang City belt from the attractiveness, theselection force, the support force, the development force of the industry, finding that Hefei, Wuhu,Ma’anshan, Tongling is higher, other city is relatively low, which is consistent with urbanization levelresults. Finally this paper make the industry choice of Wanjiang City belt to undertake the industrialtransfer of the Yangtze River delta by the industrial gradient coefficient model, finding its advantagesmainly concentrated in the mining industry and resource intensive industry and chemical industry,metal smelting, electrical machinery manufacturing and other industries, which can be key toundertake.(3) This thesis study on the undertaking industrial transfer efficiency of Wanjiang City Belt fromthe angle of input and output. The undertaking industrial transfer efficiency of Wanjiang City Beltwas calculated by using DEA method, finding the efficiency is not high, and there is a great regional differences, Ma’anshan, Tongling, Lu’an, Hefei is higher, and other city is lower. Then analyze thereasons why the industrial transfer efficiency changed by decomposing the Industrial transferefficiency into the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency. Finally, It analyze thecontribution of the technological advances to the industrial transfer efficiency by using the Malmquistproductivity index model, finding the technical efficiency exhibit an upward trend, but theproductivity and the rate of technological progress has been a downward trend.
