The Research On The Project Management Of Education To Order About Hosptility Management

As a major source of tourist economy, the demand for qualified personnel inhotel industry shows a pattern of booming demand and supply. At the time of rapiddevelopment of higher vocational education, the research on the "order-model”, thetypical training model of integration of production, teaching and research, improvesthe traditional concepts of vocational education and enjoys strong theoreticalmeaning. Meanwhile, the model provides rational ideas for the solutions of theproblems in the process of work and shares obvious pertinence and maneuverability.With the soaring demand in the quantity and quality of talents from thehigh-star hotels, the establishment of a training mode, different from traditionalvocational education and in line with the development of vocational education lawsand requirements of the hotel industry demands, adapting employmentOrder-oriented style is promoted and a comprehensive cooperation between schooland enterprise in the content of the co-development plan of personnel training,co-built of teaching teams and major courses and co-implementation of talentcultivation is demanded to meet business needs actively on the purpose to cultivateadaptive human resources, especially in the high-level management personnel,sufficient in number and qualified in experts. A “win-win-win” situation for school,enterprises and students can be realized with the measures taken above, while theshortage of talents for the development of hotel industry and enterprises can bereleased.This research paper is to propose a kind of model or approach, which appliesthe project management approach into the Training Mode to foster the personnel of Hotel Management major in the Zhejiang Institute of Commerce with the operationsand management as a project, and design new personnel training methods on thebasis of the concepts and processes of project management.
