Territorial resource is the important material foundation of economic development.As the core talents, professionals in territorial resource department plays a key role ineffectively developing and reasonably utilizing territorial resources. Recently, however,professionals management has confronted with serious challenges, such as low workingmotivation, low working efficiency as well as high exit rate due to ineffective incentive.Meanwhile, it’s difficult to collect and analyze materials about incentive factors ofprofessionals, due to large territorial resources department as well as inadequate relevantresearch. It’s the high time to reserve and inspire these professionals.The thesis is the study of professional incentive factors in territorial resource systemin Jiangsu province, based on traditional and modern incentive theories as well as theproject of Territorial Resource Talent Plan in2011. Firstly, the thesis gets27incentivefactors of professionals by utilizing interview method as well as literature review, whichwas used in the questionnaire. Secondly, we statistically analyze questionnaires by usingSPSS18.0. We classify incentive factors into4key factors—living needs, belongingnessneeds, respected needs as well as self-achievement needs by utilizing factor analysis. Wequantitatively compare satisfaction of incentive factors and importance of revisedincentive factors by utilizing five-point scale. We analyze relationship betweenbackground difference and incentive level of professionals by utilizing crossing analysis.We make significant test of the influence of four incentive factors to incentive level byutilizing correlational analysis method. We constructively build professional incentivefactor model in territorial resource system in Jiangsu province by combining analysisabove. Finally, we analyze effect of incentive factors according to relevant theories aswell as demonstration result, so as to provide significant support on formulatingprofessional incentive policy in territorial resource system in Jiangsu province.
