In recent years,in order to attract talents and retain talents,major cities in China have promulgated policies of talent introduction.The development of the city is closely related to the talented young professionals.The more reserves of high-level talents in a city,the faster the future development,talented young professionals shoulder the responsibility of the future economic and social development of our country.It is of practical significance to grasp the housing situation of the present young people,understand their needs,provide better living conditions for the young people,create a better prospect for development and give better social security.Based on some documents on housing consumption and hire-purchase selection,system collated the factors affecting housing tenure of talented young professionals and then screened possible influencing factors.By collating the questionnaire data of the “China Family Panel Studies(CFPS2016)” of the Peking University China Social Science Survey Center,872 valid questionnaires were extracted.Personal privilege,family characteristics,psychological factors,and social factors which may affect the behaviors of talented young professionals hire-purchase behaviors are separately described and statistics.The distribution of sample data is initially understood.Through establishing a Logistic model that influences the selection of young people's housing tenure,and then analyzing the model through Python,the results show these four major factors including individual characteristics(age,account status,marital status),family characteristics(family population,total household income),psychological factors(employment issues severity),social factors(parental support),will affect the talented young professionals for the purchase of housing options significantly,in which the family characteristics has the most significant impact on young professionals' housing tenure mainly manifested in the family population.The more family population the more likely you will purchase a home;as family's annual income increases,talented young professionals prefers to buy a home.Finally,based on empirical analysis results,relevant suggestions and measures are proposed from the aspects of lightening the economic burden of young talents,standardizing the leasing market,perfecting the housing security system,and establishing multi-level housing demand solutions.The main innovation of this paper is that this paper analyzes the housing demand of talented young professionals and its influencing factors from the micro perspective.This group will be the main contribution to the future economic development and has great practical significance for the future development.
