| As China enters into WTO, Chinese Bank sector will face greater impact and challenges which demand bank supervision to improve the effectiveness of running banks and competing international banks. Therefore, this paper starts from the validity of financial supervision, and tries to design the judgment system of the validity of Banking Supervision and by means of the analysis on the validity of banking supervision, and sums up the existing problems in our country’s banking supervision and gets the conclusion. Finally, the paper puts forwards some corresponding countermeasures suggestions. |
