Study On Efficiency Supervision Question And Solution In Jilin Oilfield

As the backbone of the national economy, PetroChina Jilin Oilfield Company has been adhering to the guidelines of"focus on the enterprises and serve the development of the enterprises"for many years. The company has been strengthening the efficiency supervision work , it has produced an active effect and remarkable result on the quick and good development of the company. During the"Beijing Twelfth Five years Plan", on how to give full play to functional advantage of efficiency supervision, strengthen the management and reduce the operation risk, it not only will be a difficulty to be overcome during the process of the rapid development of Jilin Oilfield , but also be a new problem to be solved.The work of efficiency supervision concerns many fields, it is an complex system engineering, and it need to be strengthened the research and arranged systematically. This dissertation is directed by the Scientific Outlook on Development, the theories have been applied in the dissertation such as the company management theory, system theory, management control theory, risk management theory, etc. The development process and the present situation of the national and PetroChina efficiency supervision work has been reviewed and studied, the shortage has been explored which existing in the efficiency supervision work of Jilin Oilfield. Meanwhile the main factors have been analyzed which restricting the efficiency supervision work of Jilin Oilfield. A constructive thought to improve has been solidified, the dissertation put forward some implement countermeasures and advice on how to make further innovation on the efficiency supervision work of Jilin Oilfield, how to establish and perfect the efficiency supervision system, how to perfect the system of efficiency supervision work, how to innovate the method of efficiency supervision, and how to improve the qualities of efficiency supervision cadres. I am engaged in the efficiency supervision work for many years, this research topic is my experience accumulation. In my opinion, these ideas should be an inevitable trend for the future efficiency supervision work of Jilin Oilfield. Hope it to improve the quality and standard of the efficiency supervision work of Jilin Oilfield.
