The enterprise is important element to determine national economic developmentand living standards improvement. It is foundation of social harmony, development andstability. Apart from pursuit of economic benefit, enterprise should not ignore relatedsocial community groups. Besides contribution to the growth of social wealth, enterpriseshould also focus on promoting harmony between human and nature to build aharmonious society. Harmonious society requires enterprises to focus on long-terminterests rather than immediate profit maximization.
