The Social Positioning Of Trade Associations In China In The Guide Of Scientific Concept Of Development

Chairman Hu jingtao points out that the Scientific Concept of Development is the guide of our country's development, and that we must develop our economics in the guide of it. So, we must insist using it in doing research on the social positioning of trade associations.Social positioning of trade associations in China is not only one issue of the research on trade associations, but also the basis of other Development and policy researches. There are many problems of social positioning of trade associations in China. Such as: the serious political colors; the unbalance of academic position and reality position; the lack of law position, and so on. These problems compel us to pay more attention on the actions in making policies of government, the influences of these actions on the researches of Trade Associations, and how we make sure the system of the government's policy of controlling and support on trade associations.In the thesis, the author does the research mainly from the angel of Public Administration. Firstly, the author discuses the reasons to use the Scientific Concept of Development, the meanings and lacks of this essay, and look forward to the future of this research. In the first chapter, the author discuses why and how to do research from the perspective of public policy analysis, then, analyses the palm and tools of this essay. In the second chapter, according to the special environment and promises of social positioning of trade associations research in China, the author analyses the popular thoughts that do research in China and the conversion of the relationship of country-society. To do research about the social positioning of trade associations according to the conversion can show the idea that combines Scientific Concept of Development. In the third chapter, the author analyses the present constitution of the social positioning of trade associations research and all kinds of questions. Combining the research that have been done, the author gives some ideas: get rid of the "the official found" model and "official is most important" thought, make the ideal position and actual position in one direction. The government should go faster in especial law position .The fourth chapter is the main part in this essay, the author posits trade associations on the relationship of country - society form the perspective of public policies and the type and functions of Trade Associations to posit. In the last chapter, the author summarizes the essay, analyses how the governments make the policies' systems of governing trade associations.
